• Supporting students in their learning, both in the classroom and through small group work.
• Assisting teachers with lesson preparation and classroom management.
• Providing tailored support to students who need extra guidance.
• Helping to foster a positive and engaging learning environment.
• Working collaboratively with school staff to ensure student success.

• Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant or working with young people is a plus, but not essential.
• A passion for supporting education and student development.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• A flexible and proactive approach to working in schools.
• An enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
