Primary Supply Teacher Required in Lichfield

Daily rate: Negotiable depending on experience

We are currently recruiting for Primary Teachers to work across schools within John Taylor Multi-Academy Trust in Lichfield.

As a Primary Teacher, your responsibilities will include:

• Delivering lessons to classes in the absence of the regular teacher
• Managing classroom behaviour and ensuring a positive learning environment
• Supporting students with their work and maintaining engagement throughout the lesson
• Providing feedback on student progress and behaviour to the class teacher
• Adapting to different age groups and year groups, ensuring a flexible approach

Requirements:

• QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or equivalent
• Enhanced DBS check or willingness to apply
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Confidence in managing classrooms and supporting students
• Previous experience in a primary school setting (preferred)
