Are you passionate about education and keen to support students in their learning journey? Dunbar Education is looking for enthusiastic Teaching Assistants to work in secondary education in Northampton.

• Provide classroom support to students, helping them stay engaged and motivated.
• Assist teachers in delivering lessons and managing the learning environment.
• Offer one-to-one and small group support for students who need additional help.
• Help foster a positive and inclusive atmosphere for all learners.
• Work closely with teaching staff and SEN teams to enhance student progress.

• Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant or working with young people (desirable but not essential).
• A genuine interest in supporting students' academic and personal development.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Adaptability and a proactive approach to working in a school setting.
• An enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
