Raisso is seeking a local contract nurse RN Rehabilitation for a local contract nursing job in Lawton, Oklahoma.

Essential Responsibilities: Conduct initial and ongoing assessments to develop individualized care plans. Monitor patients' physical and emotional progress throughout rehabilitation. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. Collaborate with physical, occupational, and speech therapists to support patient recovery. Educate patients on exercises and techniques to regain strength and mobility. Provide wound care and monitor post-surgical recovery. Requirements: OK/Multi State RN License- required Current Basic Life Support issued by the American Heart Association- required NIHSS
