Early Careers Teacher (ECT) - Primary Teaching Role in Sleaford

Location: Sleaford

Salary: £31,607 - £34,607 per annum

Contract: Full-time, Monday to Friday

Start Date: September 2025

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver engaging lessons following the national curriculum

Assess, monitor, and track pupil progress, providing tailored support where needed

Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages pupil development

Build strong relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues to enhance the learning experience

Participate in staff meetings, CPD training, and school-wide activities

Candidate Requirements:

PGCE with QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or equivalent teaching qualification

Passion for primary education and a commitment to pupil success

Knowledge of the national curriculum for KS1 and KS2

Excellent classroom management, communication, and organisational skills

A proactive, positive, and adaptable approach to teaching and learning
