PE Global is recruiting a Transmission Engineer for our manufacturing client based in Shrewsbury. The role is an initial 12-month contract and the rate range for this role is £32.15 - £43.64 p/h. Hybrid working, 3 days a week in the office. 08:00-16:45 Mon-Thurs, 08:00-12:30 Fri.

Responsibilities:

• Work is focused on the analysis of data - Microsoft Office, key focus on Excel.

• Depth of technical effort needed due to variety of projects.

• Work will consist of mainly military programmes ranging from NIP through to current in-use products.

• Technically challenging projects on military powertrain products with a variety of tasks.

Requirements:

• Strong team player with strong interpersonal skills

• Strong communication skills, ability to work with diverse groups of people and communicate in an appropriate manner

• Data analysis/Problem solving ability. Analytical skillset – Understanding and reducing data in an efficient manner
