FOOD PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR

We are recruiting an experienced Food Production Supervisor to join a highly prestigious food manufacturer in Hull (HU3). This is a fantastic opportunity to work for an Employer of Choice that offers career progression, training opportunities and great pay (£13.64/hr).

Shift pattern / Working hours

Monday to Friday - 3 shift rotation

6am-2pm / 2pm-10pm / 10pm-6am

Start date / Duration

The position of Food Production Supervisor will commence with immediate effect however, if you do have a notice period with a current employer, we will work around this. This is ongoing, long-term work and will lead to a permanent position.

Job description

As a Food Production Supervisor you will be responsible for supervising a fast paced food production operation of dry baked goods Your duties will include;

· Supervising a team of up to 30 staff working across multiple production lines

· Perform independent process control checks

Check and collate all production paperwork relating to intake, manufacture, curing, processing, cooking, cooling, storage, slicing, packing and despatch

Ensure products are sent for correct testing in line with customer protocol

Report and investigate any products that do not meet customer expectations

Check and collate technical audit paperwork· General production line work including packing and loading produce.
