Primary Early Career Teacher (ECT) Teaching positionin Lancashire

Are you an enthusiastic and dedicated Early Career Teacher looking to kick start your career in a supportive and vibrant school environment? We have an exciting opportunity for a Primary Teaching position starting in September 2024. The school could possibly look to have a transition/introduction prior to the summer holidays (July 2024) The successful candidate will be assigned to teach either Year 1 or Year 4, depending on the suitability of the best candidate.

Observation and interview: Shortlisted candidates will be invited into the school for a lesson observation (typically 1 hour long, numeracy or literacy lesson). Following this, you will then be interviewed by the school SLT. This process allows you to understand the school and get a true indication of the day-to-day running of the school.
