Dunbar Education is looking for experienced Cover Supervisors to work in secondary schools across Northampton. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable experience in education while making a difference in students' learning.

• Supervising and delivering pre-planned lessons across different subjects.
• Managing classroom behaviour and ensuring a productive environment.
• Assisting students with their learning and maintaining engagement.
• Enforcing school policies and ensuring a safe learning atmosphere.
• Providing support to schools as needed across various year groups.

• At least 6 months of experience in a Cover Supervisor role within the UK.
• An enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for one).
• Strong leadership, communication, and classroom management skills.
• Ability to adapt to different subjects and year groups.
• A positive and professional approach to working with students.
