A thriving and inclusive primary school in Wellingborough is looking for an outstanding Year 1 Teacher to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a supportive and forward-thinking school dedicated to nurturing young minds.

As a Year 1 Teacher, you will play a vital role in creating a positive and engaging learning environment where children feel encouraged to explore, question, and grow. Your responsibilities will include:

• Planning and delivering creative, engaging, and differentiated lessons in line with the KS1 curriculum.
• Fostering a nurturing classroom environment where all children feel valued and supported.
• Encouraging curiosity and a love of learning through interactive and hands-on experiences.
• Assessing and tracking pupil progress, ensuring all children receive the support and challenge they need to succeed.
• Collaborating with colleagues, parents, and carers to create a strong partnership in learning.
• Using innovative teaching strategies to support pupils with diverse learning needs and abilities.

We are looking for a dedicated and inspirational teacher who is passionate about making a difference in children's lives. The ideal teacher will:

• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• Have experience teaching in KS1 (although ECTs are encouraged to apply).
• Be an enthusiastic and creative educator who brings learning to life.
• Have strong classroom management skills and the ability to build positive relationships.
• Be a team player, committed to working collaboratively and sharing best practices.
• Be committed to continuous professional development and open to new ideas.
