Cover Supervisor, Corby, Secondary Schools

Dunbar Education is hiring Cover Supervisors to work across secondary schools in Corby and beyond. If you're experienced in classroom management and enjoy working with students, this could be the perfect role for you!

Key Responsibilities:

Delivering pre-planned lessons in the absence of teachers.
Managing student behaviour and maintaining a productive learning environment.
Encouraging student engagement and focus.
Supporting students in their learning by answering questions and providing guidance.
Following school policies and safeguarding procedures.

Requirements:

A minimum of 6 months UK experience as a Cover Supervisor.
An enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one.
Strong communication, organisation, and classroom management skills.
Ability to adapt to different year groups and subject areas.
A commitment to supporting young learners in their education journey.
