Job Description

Our client, a leading manufacturing business based in Ely, is recruiting for a tenacious and driven sales executive to join the sales team. We are ideally looking for someone who has worked in a phone based sales role previously and who is energetic and target driven. This role is offering a competitive basic salary of £30,000 - £33,000 plus a monthly bonus, making the OTE up to £42,000. We are recruiting this role as a FTC of 12 months, maternity cover.

Duties to Include:

* Managing a pipeline through to final sale

* Managing customer relationships

* Sourcing new opportunities by making outbound calls, emails and internet queries

* Working to KPI's

* Updating and developing the CRM

Experience/Skills Required:

* Proven experience in a phone based sales role

* Confident and assertive telephone manner

* Able to multitask and deal with objections

* Energetic, positive and customer focussed

Hours of Work

39 hours per week - Monday - Friday Office based
