About the role
Working on a 6-month Fixed Term Contract, Monday – Friday, 09:00am to 18:00pm, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth and efficient movement of goods, maintaining stock control, and delivering outstanding customer service.
You will be responsible for:
Oversee stock control and maintain accurate records for reporting and invoicing.
Ensure efficient customer order planning and timely dispatch.
Liaise with warehouses and transport planners to achieve operational targets.
Monitor and input KPIs to track performance and efficiency.
Maintain high customer service standards, building strong stakeholder relationships.
Produce and manage warehouse pick orders for smooth order fulfilment.
Handle data entry and reporting to support operational decision-making.
About you
You will be an effective communicator with strong planning and organisational skills. A problem-solver with a positive, can-do attitude, you thrive in a fast-paced environment and always seek ways to improve quality and performance. Attention to detail is essential, as is computer literacy and an excellent telephone manner. You will have the confidence to question and challenge where necessary, while being enthusiastic, resilient, flexible, and committed. A logical and thorough approach, coupled with the ability to work under pressure, will ensure success in this role.
