Cloud Engineer (IoT)
We are currently looking for a Cloud Software (IoT) Engineer, to join a client of ours on some ongoing projects. The project is due to go on for an inital 3 months, with possible extensions. Being based in the Thames-Valley, we are looking for someone that is able to work on site 1 day per week, on a Hybrid arrangement.
Requirements:
* IoT systems integration, protocols, and services, gRPC and MQTT
* Cloud architecture and service implementation
* Linux, Python
Desirable additional skills:
* Service deployment, IaC, containers, Docker etc
* WAN networking and network performance modelling / optimisation
* CI/CD pipelines, GIT version control, scripting, automation
* Experience and interest in space industry
* System modelling, including Matlab / Simulink
* AI / ML, particularly for optimisation
