Job Description

We are seeking a reliable labourer to join our team on a contract basis for a new build housing scheme in South Otterington. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a project that will benefit the local community and gain valuable experience in the construction industry.

Responsibilities:

• Assisting tradespeople with various tasks, including loading and unloading materials, cleaning up work areas, and general site maintenance.
• Maintaining a safe and tidy work environment.
• Adhering to all health and safety regulations.
• Working as part of a team and following instructions.

Requirements:

• Previous experience working on a construction site as a labourer is preferred.
• Valid CSCS card.
• A strong work ethic and a willingness to learn.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Excellent communication skills.
• A positive and proactive attitude.
