Principal Designer - Outside IR35

Immediate requirement for experienced Principal Designer to urgently assist with two London projects.

The contract is for 3 days a week Currently 2 days on site in London and 1 day WFH but occasional travel to site.

The first part of the role is to pick up and sort out a PD mess on a very complex office refurb project in Canary Wharf (the 2 days on site) that s moving to closure and needs the H&S File gripped .if possible this would also include giving advice to the CDMA team on site but the PD bit is priority.

The second part is a project at stage 3 for a major expansion at a large London hospital that has the added complication that it will remain operational throughout the works.

The role is expected to go through to at least 2025 year end possibly longer.
