Job Description

Our client is currently recruiting for an experienced Multi Skilled Engineer for a contractual assignment based in Harwell, OX11

You will be responsible for the planned and reactive maintenance of electrical and mechanical systems within the facility

Available Shifts and Location:

* Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday- 5 Days A week

* Location: OX11 0GN

* Shift Times: 08:00-17:00PM

* Pay Rate: £23.70 per hour including holiday pay with the option to accure

* Pay Frequency: Weekly, every Friday before 5 PM

* Employment Type: Contract (PAYE only)

Qualifications Required:

* DBS Certificate

* Any releveant Certificates

Skills and Experience Required:

* Experience in Facilities Maintenance, ideally within a pharmaceutical, healthcare, or clean room environment.

* Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical distribution, and BMS (Building Management Systems).

* Familiarity with CAFM systems for real-time job tracking and reporting.

* Good understanding of health & safety regulations and permit-to-work systems.

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent problem-solving skills.

* Perform electrical fault-finding and repairs on site equipment.

* Maintain and troubleshoot HVAC systems, including VAV, VRV, FCUs, and Air Handling Units (AHUs).
