Our client is currently recruiting for an experienced Clerk of works for a contractual assignment based in London , NW10.
The Clerk of works is responsible for maintaining a detailed overview of site operations during a project and monitoring works in terms of quality management , programme , cost and compliance.
Available Shifts and Location:
* Shift Days: Monday to Friday (5 days a week) – full-time position
* Location: NW10 2DZ
* Shift Times: 15:00-22:00pm
* Pay Rate: £270 per day PAYE or £350 umbrella
* Pay Frequency: Weekly, every Friday before 5 PM
* Employment Type: Contract (PAYE or Umbrella)

Qualifications and certifications Required:
* 2 years of proven experience within an M&E , construction or critical environment
* Recognised technical qualification or 5 years experience in project management , construction or M&E.
* Valid Enhanced DBS Certificate
* CDM awareness
* IOSH managing safely
* NEBOSH
* Punctual, reliable, and trustworthy
* Strong time management skills
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
* Awareness of health and safety procedures

Duties Include:
* Act as an independent reviewer and advisor on-site, reporting to the Project Manager
* Build strong relationships with clients, customers, and site teams.
* Work closely with supply partners and internal support functions.
* Ensure effective communication and documented decision-making
* Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and contractors to manage operations effectively.
* Ensure compliance with CDM regulations, EQUANS SHEQ practices, and company policies.
* Identify risks, manage slippage, and support project delivery through flexible problem-solving.
* Facilitate smooth handovers between project teams and operational teams.
* Maintain accurate project documentation and asset information.
