Description

Support the daily operations of the Transport & Distribution department.

Coordinate schedules and manage calendars.

Maintain accurate records and file systems.

Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations.

Manage correspondence via email and post.

Ensure the confidentiality of sensitive information.

Contribute to team meetings and projects.

Perform other administrative duties as required.Profile

A successful Administrator should have:

A proven track record in an administrative role.

Excellent organisational and time management skills.

A keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
