Job Description

Primary Teacher required for a PPA cover role in a successful primary school in Manchester. This PPA role is suitable for either an experienced teacher or an ECT. This is an ideal opportunity for an ECT to gain experience in a good school, and there is potential for a permanent class teacher role with the school in the future. The staff team are welcoming and very supportive of each other. This is an enjoyable school to work in, and they develop staff very well, so it's a great choice for an ECT!

This is a full-time long-term position starting as soon as possible and is required for the rest of the academic year. You will be covering PPA across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2 so must have experience teaching in both the key stages and have broad curriculum knowledge. You will need to have confident behaviour management skills and be an adaptable teacher who is able to move around year groups and build good relationships with the children. You will need to be able to motivate children in their learning and establish an upbeat and interesting learning environment.

Daily rate is £130 to £240 depending on your level of experience.
