Electrical Project Manager

£290-£340 per day

Cambridge, Cambridgeshire

gap construction is proud to be representing this market-leading M&E firm in their search for a Contract Electrical Project Manager with the potential to transition into a permanent role.

Performance Objectives

Coordinate MEP installations across multiple sites ranging from £1m - £5m in commercial, public health sectors and educational.

Oversee projects from conception to completion.

Read and understand drawings, schematics and specifications.

Undertake material take-offs and liaise with suppliers.

Provide site leadership, ensuring safety compliance and effective team management.

Ensure cost effectiveness during procurement of equipment and materials. Person Specification

Background in MEP installation management

SMSTS/SSSTS and CSCS Card

Proven experience as a Building Services Project Manager

Good Communication and team work skills
