The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day administrative tasks, demonstrating excellent organisational skills and a keen attention to detail.

Description
Provide administrative support to the HR department.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
Assist with recruitment processes, including candidate screenings and interviews.
Handle HR-related inquiries and provide guidance to employees.
Coordinate training sessions and workshops.
Participate in HR projects (e.g., help organise a job fair event).
Process payroll and resolve any payroll errors.
Stay up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practices.Profile
A successful HR Administrator should have:
Proven experience as an HR Administrator, HR Administrative Assistant or relevant role.
Familiarity with Labour Laws and best HR practices.
Proficient in MS Office; HRIS systems will be a plus.
Strong communication and organisational skills.
The ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.Job Offer
