Production Operative
We are recruiting for Production Operatives for a client based in Daventry. This is a role working for a company who offer long term work and a stable job.
Shift: Monday-Friday 7:30am-4pm, Early finish on a Friday.
Pay Rate: £12.47 per hour holiday accrued or £13.97 per hour holiday paid (holiday pay paid ontop of hourly rate
Duties:
* Lifting of items onto production lines
* Moving goods around the factory
* Assisting with the manufacturing and assembly process
* Operating machinery and production equipment
* Conducting quality checks to ensure high standards are met
* Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
* Following health & safety guidelines
The ideal candidate must:
* A positive attitude and eagerness to learn
* Ability to work efficiently as part of a team
* Previous experience working with metal/in fabrication
* Strong attention to detail and willingness to take on new challenges
