Are you experienced working within facilities or maintenance? Do you enjoy a role that is both administration and hands on? We are working with a manufacturing organisation who due to growth are looking for a Facilities Coordinator on a 6-month FTC. The successful candidate will be able to coordinate with external contractors and suppliers and be willing to get stuck in with basic facilities maintenance tasks.

Salary dependent on experience
Monday to Thursday 8am – 5pm, Friday 8am – 4pm

Job Description
Organise and manage all third-party contractors
Carry out regular site inspections
Complete basic maintenance tasks (replacing lights bulbs etc)
Ensure all facilities/maintenance activities are recorded properly and documentation is kept up to date.

Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications
Experience working within a similar facilities/maintenance/service coordination role
Ability and willingness to gets hands on with basic facilities maintenance tasks
Able to coordinate with external contractors and suppliers
