Internal Recruiter

K&D Recruitment is supporting our client based in Reading in seeking a Recruiter on a short-term basis. This is a 12-week hybrid role, requiring 2 days in the office each week. The working hours are 09:00 - 17:30, with a pay rate of 15- 18 per hour.

Key Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Recruitment Lead, you will be responsible for sourcing suitable candidates, conducting pre-screening and interviews, and liaising with hiring managers to ensure a smooth recruitment process from start to finish.

Ideal Candidate:

Previous experience in recruitment (in-house or agency)
Strong communication and organisational skills
Tech recruitment experience is a plus but not essential
