As we continue to grow, we're looking for a strategic and detail-oriented Planning Manager to optimize our supply chain and production planning processes.

As Planning Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective planning of production, materials, and supply chain operations. You will play a critical role in balancing supply and demand, minimizing waste, and ensuring the business delivers on-time, in-full (OTIF) to customers. This role requires excellent analytical skills, strong leadership, and the ability to thrive in a fast-moving chilled food environment.

• Develop and manage the production planning process to optimize efficiency, capacity, and resources.

• Collaborate with sales, operations, procurement, and logistics teams to align production schedules with demand forecasts.

• Monitor stock levels of raw materials and finished goods to minimize waste while ensuring availability.

• Implement and oversee demand planning and forecasting models to improve accuracy and responsiveness.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance planning processes, reduce costs, and improve service levels.

• Lead, motivate, and develop a team of planners to ensure high performance and engagement.

• Identify potential risks in the supply chain and develop contingency plans to mitigate disruptions.

• Work closely with suppliers and key stakeholders to ensure seamless coordination of materials and deliveries.

• Utilize data analytics and planning software to drive decision-making and improve forecasting accuracy.

• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, quality standards, and sustainability initiatives.

• Proven experience in a planning or supply chain role within a chilled food or FMCG environment.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.

• Experience with production planning software (e.g., SAP, ERP, MRP systems) and Excel proficiency.

• Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• A proactive and strategic mindset with a strong eye for detail.

• Leadership experience, with the ability to mentor and develop a high-performing team.

• Knowledge of food industry regulations and best practices in supply chain management.
