Our client provides a wide range of custom design PVC protection covers for the aviation and motor industries.

As a Technicover staff member, you will play a crucial role in supporting our manufacturing operation. You will be fully trained on best operational needs with future option of training throughout the manufacturing process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor Technicover machinery to ensure optimal performance.
• Set up and adjust equipment according to production specifications.
• Perform regular maintenance and troubleshooting on machines.
• Collaborate with team members to optimise production processes.
• Maintain accurate records of production data and machine performance.
• Adhere to safety protocols and promote a culture of safety in the workplace.
• Assist in training new operators and providing support as needed.

Qualifications:

• Technical certification desirable
• Proven experience as a machine operator, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and schematics.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime if necessary.

You will be responsible for ensuring that production runs smoothly and efficiently while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.

This is a temporary to permanent position based on a successful 12-week trial period
