Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and well-managed lessons across a range of subjects at KS3 and KS4 levels.
• Adapt quickly to different classroom environments and teaching groups.
• Foster a positive and inclusive learning atmosphere.
• Effectively manage classroom behaviour, ensuring students stay on task.
• Prioritise student safety and well-being both inside and outside the classroom.

What We re Looking For:

• Experience teaching secondary-level students (KS3 KS4), regardless of QTS status.
• Flexibility, resilience, and adaptability to meet the needs of various schools and classroom settings.
• Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for education.
• A valid DBS check (or willingness to apply for one).
• Openness to cover a variety of subjects, depending on school requirements.
