The Role

Position: SEN Teaching Assistant

Location: Enfield, North London

Start Date: ASAP

Contract: Long Term, Full-time

Salary: £95 - £105 per day (DOE)

We are seeking passionate individuals to work closely with students who have ASD, ADHD, challenging behaviour, or learning difficulties.

Experienced SEN professionals OR recent graduates in Education, Psychology, Criminology, or similar fields with a keen interest in SEN

Individuals with a caring, patient, and proactive attitude

Those eager to help children build confidence and achieve their potential

Someone who enjoys working one-on-one or in small groups to provide personalized supportYour Role as an SEN Teaching Assistant

Provide tailored 1:1 and group support

Assist the class teacher with daily learning activities

Help students feel confident in and out of the classroom

Support emotional regulation and social development
