Job Title: Review & Reasessment Adult Social Worker

The role offers a competitive hourly rate of up to £37 per hour, depending on the quality of interviews and experience, with the option to enjoy hybrid working arrangements.

Role Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive reviews and reassessments to directly improve the well-being of vulnerable adults, supporting the organization's mission to enhance community life.

Maintain accurate case records and reports, contributing to rigorous safeguarding practices and overall quality improvement.

Requirements:

A recognized social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, CQSW, or DipSW) to excel and make a meaningful contribution in adult social care.

Registration with Social Care Wales or eligibility for registration, providing an opportunity to practice within a reputable framework.

Prior experience in adult social care, where you can apply your knowledge to safeguard and uplift vulnerable adults.
