Finance Programme Manager

Our client is seeking an experienced Finance Programme Manager to lead and deliver key finance projects within their organisation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance transformation, process improvement, and system implementation. An accountancy qualification (ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent) would be a distinct advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage finance-related programmes and projects, ensuring timely delivery within budget.

Lead cross-functional teams to implement finance systems, process improvements, and regulatory changes.

Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and success criteria.

Identify risks, manage budgets, and ensure alignment with business objectives.

Drive efficiency and automation within financial operations.

Key Requirements:

Proven experience as a Programme Manager in finance, accounting, or transformation projects.

A recognized accountancy qualification (ACCA, CIMA, ACA) is a strong advantage.

Experience managing finance system implementations or process automation projects.

Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage finance and non-finance teams.

Excellent problem-solving and project management skills.This role does fall Inside of IR35
