Job Description

HSE Manager required for a major offshore wind developer based in The Netherlands.

Responsibilities.

Prepare and execute project HSE plans, HAZCONs, and risk assessment as required.

Ensure that policies are effectively communicated and implemented at all levels of the organization.

Ensure adherence to HSE standards and policies across the organization.

Provide accurate HSE input in tenders and contracts and ensure requirements are incorporated into project plans.

Act as the HSE point of contact for third parties, clients, subcontractors and other external stakeholders.Requirements

A BSc HSE Qualification HVK / IVK / NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent.

At least 10 years' experience of HSE management in yards, maritime or offshore environment.

Prior experience in a fabrication yard environment is preferred.

Knowledge of applicable HSE legislation and industry standards.

Other relevant HSE education, including but not limited to HSE audit qualifications.

Excellent communication skills in English (Dutch proficiency is a plus)
