re you an experienced Site Manager with a strong background in managing highly secure civils projects? We’re seeking a dedicated professional to oversee an exciting civils project in Devon.

The Role:

* Oversee daily site operations to ensure work is completed safely, on time, and to high standards.

* Manage subcontractors, trades, and suppliers effectively.

* Ensure compliance with strict security protocols and health & safety regulations.

* Liaise with project stakeholders, including prison security teams and the main contractor.

* Maintain accurate records, site reports, and progress updates.

Requirements:

✅ Proven experience managing secured projects (e.g., prisons, MOD, high-security sites).

✅ SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid qualifications.

✅ Strong knowledge of health & safety regulations and secure working environments.

✅ Ability to pass enhanced security clearance (mandatory for prison site access).

✅ Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
