We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Community Nurse to join our team in Devon. Key Responsibilities:

* Conduct patient assessments, develop care plans, and administer treatments.

* Provide support and education to patients and their families regarding health conditions and treatments.

* Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care.

* Monitor patient progress and adapt care plans as needed.

* Maintain accurate records and comply with healthcare regulations.

About You:

* Registered Nurse with a valid NMC pin.

* Previous experience in community nursing or a keen interest in working in the community.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

* A compassionate and patient-focused approach.
