Our client an established and professional organisation is looking for an experienced Legal Secretary with Dispute Resolution experience to join their team for a 1 year maternity leave contract. The ideal candidate for this role will have at least 1 year of relevant experience in Litigation / Dispute Resolution alongside excellent communication skills and a professional approach.
Legal Secretary duties will include:-
* Transcription and production of correspondence and documentation
* Taking telephone enquiries
* Assisting with the preparation of bundles
* Liaising with clients and contacts
* Liaising with the accounts department and other members of the firm
* File management
What you will need :-
* Knowledge and previous experience of working in a litigation department
* A good level of computer literacy
* Good communication skills
* Strong administration and organisational skills
* Good accuracy and attention to detail
* Able to work as part of a team
What’s in it for you:-
Our client is offering a salary of £26,000 - £29,000pa alongside some great benefits including Private Health Care, Subsidised Gym Membership and quarterly bonus scheme.
The working hours for this role are 9.00am – 5.00pm Monday to Friday, however our client is willing to consider shortened hours for the right candidate
