Rubicon Consulting is currently recruiting an Senior Maintenance Technician on a 10 Month Contract based in Hampshire.

Job Description:

Undertake all types of plumbing tasks and carry out general maintenance of a large office building.

Key Responsibilities

40 hours a week with variable start times of 07:00 – 15:30 and 09:30 – 18:00.

Skills & Experience:

· Previous experience in a large office building environment is preferred. A minimum requirement is a City and Guilds qualification or similar in plumbing.

· DBS/CTC Checks: These will be required (requirement).

· Residency: UK residency of 3 years or more is necessary (requirement).

· Drug & Alcohol Test: This will be undertaken within the first month of placement for critical roles.

· Interview Knowledge: During the interview, candidates must demonstrate some knowledge of the client and an understanding of the role.

· Vetting Requirements: As this is a government building, a Basic DBS check will be conducted upon recruitment, and a CTC check will be undertaken while in the role.
