Description

• Provide high-level secretarial and business support to the team
• Manage complex diaries and coordinate meetings
• Prepare and distribute meeting agendas and minutes
• Handle confidential data with utmost discretion
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders
• Manage correspondence and respond to inquiries
• Assist with event planning and coordination
• Support with ad-hoc administrative tasks as required
