Role: REGISTERED MANAGER CHILDREN S HOME - TAMESIDE METROPOLITAN BOROUGH COUNCIL

Location: Ashton under Lyne

Contract: Full time - 37 hours per week

Hourly rate: PAYE £32.04 / Umbrella £46

We are looking for a Registered Manager who has completed the fit person interview with Ofsted and who is experience in PACE and Team Teach.

An experienced Registered Manager is needed to provide maternity cover for a solo children's home from March-October2025. The home has a permanent staff team in place.

The home is in Ashton under Lyne and attendance at the home is required five days per week.

As part of their duties, the successful applicant will be required to take part in the Out of Hours cover which takes place from Friday-Monday and bank holidays.

Must have NVQ Leve 5 in Leadership and Management & experience of managing a home.

Experience

• Previous post qualifying experience of the relevant service area
• Broad experience of staff supervision/practice supervision
• Experience of working with children and young people in a residential setting or other equivalent experience
• Experience of care planning services for looked after children
• Experience of managing staff
