You will have the opportunity to conduct comprehensive reviews and reassessments, directly impacting and improving the well-being of vulnerable adults while benefiting from a supportive environment that encourages professional growth. The role offers a competitive hourly rate of up to 37 per hour, depending on the quality of interviews and experience, with the option to enjoy hybrid working arrangements.

• Conduct comprehensive reviews and reassessments to directly improve the well-being of vulnerable adults, supporting the organization's mission to enhance community life.
• Maintain accurate case records and reports, contributing to rigorous safeguarding practices and overall quality improvement.

• A recognized social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, CQSW, or DipSW) to excel and make a meaningful contribution in adult social care.
• Registration with Social Care Wales or eligibility for registration, providing an opportunity to practice within a reputable framework.
• Prior experience in adult social care, where you can apply your knowledge to safeguard and uplift vulnerable adults.
