Project SHEQ Advisor
Location: Dalry, North Ayrshire
Contract Type: Contract (ASAP - June 2026)
Pay Rate: 25 per hour

First People Solutions is recruiting a Project SHEQ Advisor for a client in Dalry, North Ayrshire. This is a contract role where you'll apply the QSHE management system, promote a positive safety culture, and ensure compliance with best practices.

• Advise on QSHE matters and identify hazards.
• Conduct QSHE audits, inspections, and risk assessments.
• Support and improve QSHE procedures, including risk assessments and PTW.
• Investigate incidents and recommend corrective actions.
• Deliver QSHE training and ensure compliance with legislation.

Essential:

• Experience in QSHE, with a strong understanding of HSEQ Management Systems.
• CSCS card, NEBOSH National Certificate, and knowledge of UK HSEQ legislation.
• Strong communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Proactive, detail-oriented with the ability to work independently.

Desirable:

• CMIOSH certification or equivalent.
• Training design and delivery experience.
