Position: Window Fitter (Team of 2 needed)
Location: Redditch (50-Mile Radius)
Contract: Temporary ongoing (Long term work)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Think Recruitment are looking for two experienced Window Fitters to join our clients team for an ongoing, long-term contract based in Redditch with a 50-mile radius for the scope of works. The successful candidates will be working on a variety of projects including domestic refurbishments, UPVC window installations, bay windows, doors, school works, extensions, and new builds.

Key Responsibilities:

• Installation of UPVC windows, bay windows, and doors in both domestic and commercial properties.
• Working on building refurbishments, new builds, extensions, and school projects.
• Ensure all windows are fitted securely into prepped holes to meet industry standards.
• Maintain high-quality workmanship while adhering to health and safety regulations.
• Work collaboratively with the team and follow instructions from site managers.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Window Fitter or Window Installer.
• Active CSCS Card
• Ideally experience working on domestic and commercial projects, including refurbishments, extensions, and new builds.
• Ability to install windows and doors to a high standard, including bay windows and UPVC installations.
• Must have own tools and transport
• Must be punctual, reliable, and able to work to deadlines.

Pay Rate:

Pay rate will be determined and agreed based upon relevant experience.
