Our Client are currently looking for an Assembly Operative to join their highly valued team on a full-time basis.

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking individual to join our manufacturing team as an Assembly Operative. In this role, you will assist in the production of security grilles and shutters, ensuring that products meet quality standards and supporting a safe and efficient working environment. manufacturing is required, but a minimum of 1 year of assembly experience is essential.

Assembly Operative Role and Responsibilities:

• Assist in the assembly, fabrication, and production of security products
• Operate machinery, tools, and equipment required for manufacturing processes.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to company health and safety guidelines.
• Perform quality checks to ensure products meet the required standards.
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet production targets and deadlines.
• Follow manufacturing instructions and strictly adhere to processes.
• General maintenance and housekeeping duties to ensure the factory runs smoothly.
• Report any malfunctions, defects, or safety concerns to supervisors.
• Assist in the loading and offloading of raw materials and finished products.

Assembly Operative Skills and Experience:

• Minimum 1 year of assembly experience.
• Ability to operate basic machinery and hand tools (training will be provided).
• Good understanding of safety procedures in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Ability to follow instructions and work effectively within a team.
• Physical stamina and ability to lift and move heavy objects.
• Excellent time management skills and ability to meet production deadlines.
• A positive attitude and a willingness to learn new tasks and skills.
