Job Description

Ackerman Pierce are looking to recruit a Head of Operations and Partnerships within Adults Social Care within the Social Care industry in Suffolk. The vacancy will be for an initial 1 year with potential for extension subject to internal circumstance and your performance.

Responsibilities include:

• Service operational management and oversight
• Supporting savings delivery
• Supporting transformation delivery around practice
• CQC
• Direct Payments
• Having oversight of the locality and managing the delivery of human resources/structural changes

Experience preferred:

• Post qualifying experience of working as a Head of Operations within the UK.

The Team:

• Well-structured organised team, growing their social worker staffing levels.

Minimum Requirements:

• 5 years' post qualifying experience within UK Social Care industry
• Managerial experience
• Enhanced DBS (we can obtain for you)
• Eligibility to work in the UK
