Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Elementary School Teacher to join our educational team in Hertfordshire and Bedfordshire . The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a nurturing and stimulating environment that fosters the academic and social development of young learners. This role requires effective communication skills, a strong understanding of behaviour management, and a commitment to early childhood education principles.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to the diverse learning needs of students.
• Educate students in various subjects, ensuring a well-rounded curriculum that promotes critical thinking and creativity.
• Manage classroom behaviour effectively, fostering a positive and respectful learning atmosphere.
• Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding student progress, behaviour, and any concerns that may arise.
• Assess student performance through various methods, providing constructive feedback to support their growth.
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance teaching strategies and share best practices within the school community.
• Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with educational trends and methodologies.

Qualifications

• A recognised teaching qualification in Primary Education or Early Childhood Education is essential or QTS qualification
• Strong understanding of behaviour management techniques and strategies for maintaining an effective classroom environment.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.
• Previous experience working with young children in an educational setting is desirable but not mandatory.
• A genuine passion for teaching and a commitment to fostering the holistic development of each student.
• Enhanced DBS on updated service
