Job Opportunity: Counterbalance Driver/Warehouse Operative

Are you ready to take your skills to the next level? Our client is seeking a dedicated Counterbalance Operative to join their vibrant team on a temp-to-perm basis! Enjoy a competitive hourly rate of 13 while working in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate ingredient packaging equipment, ensuring all products are packed safely, securely, and efficiently.
• Pick, pack, and wrap customer orders, preparing them for dispatch with precision.
• Perform light maintenance on plant machinery and keep the warehouse clean and organised.
• Maintain accurate records for inventory, adhering to all safety and compliance regulations.
• Identify and resolve issues proactively, escalating to the Warehouse Supervisor when necessary.

Essential Skills:

• Valid Counterbalance forklift licence.
• Ability to operate manufacturing machinery effectively.
• Competent in IT systems for data entry and inventory management.

Working Hours:

• Full-time: Monday to Friday, 14:00 - 22:30 (40 hours per week).
