Job Description

We are currently recruiting for a Batching Plant Operative to join a well-established precast concrete manufacturer in Worksop (S80). This is a full-time, permanent role offering long-term career stability within a respected company.

• Operating and maintaining the batching plant to ensure accurate production of concrete
• Monitoring and adjusting mix proportions to meet production requirements
• Managing stock levels of raw materials and coordinating deliveries
• Carrying out routine maintenance and troubleshooting issues as they arise
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations at all times

• Previous experience working in a batching plant or within the precast concrete sector.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment
• Strong attention to detail and adherence to quality standards
• Reliable commute to Worksop (S80)
