Job Title: Learning Support Assistant (LSA)
Location: Chelmsford, Colchester, and Braintree
Start Date: Immediate
Salary: £85 - £95 per day (depending on experience)

TeacherActive is proud to work with some of the best primary schools in the Chelmsford, Colchester, and Braintree areas. These schools are looking for dedicated Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) who have experience working with SEND students. While primary experience is desirable, it is not essential.

We are looking for individuals who are friendly, bubbly, and have a genuine passion for supporting young learners.

• Experience with SEND students (desirable, but not essential)
• Primary experience (desirable, but not essential)
• Patience and a positive attitude toward supporting students with a variety of needs
• A passion for education and the ability to make a difference
• A friendly and approachable personality to build strong relationships with students and staff
• Ability to create an encouraging, inclusive environment for learning
