Belcan Workforce Solutions is currently looking for a Systems Installation Integrator to work for one of our clients based in Broughton, UK.

About the Role: We are offering an exciting opportunity to join our Engineering team in the UK as a Systems Installation Integrator. You will be part of a dynamic, cross-programme, and multi-disciplinary Wing Systems Installation team.

Role Overview: The Wing Systems Installation Team is crucial in ensuring the production of the world's best aircraft by delivering mature, robust, and fully optimized wing systems installation designs on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The successful candidate will support frontline plant engineering activities as part of a small team based at the Broughton Plant.

This role involves working with multiple systems (e.g., Fuel, Hydraulics, Pneumatics, and Electrics) across the Wing perimeter. Prior experience in Systems Installation is required, and having a signature delegation in this area is preferred but not essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent the Filton Design Team at the Broughton Plant across all programmes.
• Manage day-to-day manufacturing issues, including non-conformities and design evolution.
• Handle stakeholder management, including suppliers, and resolve any wing/aircraft delivery blockers.
• Ensure integration across all programme streams and interface transnationally.
• Foster a feedback culture and focus on customer satisfaction.
• Engage the team and manage stakeholder relationships.
• Provide support to Final Assembly Lines (FALs) worldwide.

Required Skills:

• Experience in fluid, mechanical, or electrical systems installations.
• Agile, with excellent communication skills and a strong team ethos.
• Systems installation signature delegations are desirable.
• Motivated to lead and deliver steady-state and future systems installation operations and projects.
• Ability to make or influence decisions within a complex network of stakeholders and customers.
• Agile with people and foster a strong wellbeing mindset.
