A leading contractor is seeking an experienced Technical Services Manager to manage healthcare projects in South West London. This role involves overseeing mechanical packages, including plumbing, pipework, and ventilation and electrical on projects valued at approximately 5 million.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the MEP elements of projects, ensuring delivery on time and within budget
• Coordinate project schedules, resources, and compliance with industry regulations
• Lead on-site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers, maintaining high quality and safety standards
• Work closely with design, estimating, and procurement teams for smooth project execution
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing regular progress updates
• Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies while ensuring health and safety compliance

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Technical Services Manager or Mechanical/Electrical Project Manager in the M&E sector
• Strong background in managing commercial & education projects
• Expertise in plumbing, pipework, and ventilation or electrical systems
• Experience handling projects valued around 5 million
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
