Are you an enthusiastic Secondary Supply Teacher looking for a role that provides a better work life balance? We are looking for Secondary Supply Teachers on a day-to-day supply basis working in secondary schools across Sandwell.

As a supply teacher working for Flourish Education gives you the chance to teach whilst giving you a great work life balance. Day to day supply allows you to fit your work around your other commitments and in addition there is no requirement for you to undergo any planning or marking.

As a supply teacher doing day to day cover, you will be expected to:

• Deliver lessons and work set in accordance with the National curriculum.
• Cover a variety of Secondary subjects across key stages 3 to Key stage 5
• Maintaining a motivating and engaging leaning environment.
• In line with the school behaviour policy, manage classroom behaviours.
• Support and monitor students progression in lesson.
• When required, in line with the school s marking policy, mark students work.

To apply for this role as a Supply Teacher you must have:

• Qualified Teacher status in (QTS)
• ECT s formally known as NQTs are always welcome to apply.
• Experience in a UK Secondary School
• Excellent classroom and behaviour management skills.
• Experience working in schools within the last 2 years

We have various day to day supply work within the Sandwell area and work with schools in various areas such as Smethwick, West Bromwich, Oldbury, Rowley Regis and Dudley.
